Refund policy

If you need to return or exchange your order, you may do so within 14 days of delivery. We can arrange for the item to be couriered back to us, but the cost of this return courier will be deducted from your refund. Please note that the original courier cost to deliver the item to you is not refundable. Once we have received the returned goods, you can choose a replacement or request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, products must be unused and in their original packaging.

If your order is damaged during delivery, please email us immediately at info@hairetc.co.za with pictures of the damaged product(s) so we can arrange a replacement. Replacements will only be processed if pictures are received on the day of delivery.
